  My family and I have been loyal to this restaurant for as long as I’ve probably been alive and may I say- it is still part of my weekly routine. I have many memories with this place from my childhood but I lost connection with the restaurant after it was burnt down in 2020. Found it again during 2025 after an outing in the plaza it currently sits in. The food is PHENOMENAL and affordable. The service is spectacular, too! My girlfriend and I have even become friends with a couple of the servers (Donnie & Ricky)! The woman who owns the place has the brightest smile and she makes this place feel so warm and cozy with her comforting energy :) I recommend their Krab Rangoons, Thai Tea, and their Beef Pho with Spicy Broth!

  i love saigon bay. the pho is actually magical and the banh mi are refreshing and delicious. the people who work there are all lovely. please go to saigon bay

  Saigon Bay is one of my favorite places to eat! I come here all the time, and the food is consistently amazing. The pho is the best, and the combination rice is always a great choice. The fresh rolls are also delicious and truly fresh. Service is fast, the staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is always clean. I always have a great experience here.

  If you don’t want fast direct and “what you want to order?” Service don’t come here. This is what makes you feel at home from a busy mother who ain’t got time to play around because it’s busy and you know what you came here to eat when you walked in!!

  I dare you to find a better Bahn Mi in Tampa or Florida for that matter. This might be the freshest and most aromatic sandwich I can think of. Maybe it's because I literally just ate it but I promise this sandwich is one to come back for.
