  Pollo you need to teach cleaning for your staff this should be a police case to serve food in such a dirty location. I hope the county fine you guys this is just absurd

  This is the coolest place in all of lutz tampa and everywhere. The people here are so kind and I recommend this place to everyone that lives near please come here support the staff give them more great reviews. I dont know that I've been this impressed with a fast food place ever. Once again please come and give them.your business!¡!!!!!! Special shout out to Anna Acosta. If you are in charge she needs a raise and to be promoted and then given her own store. May ey even two she's a gem

  Me and my wife came by last night. We ordered a tropical trio and a tropichop. The lobby was really busy, the cashiers greeted us in. We paid and sat down at our table. We waited 20mins for our order and my wife was getting upset so I asked to speak to the manager. I believe I spoke with a Blake or Brian, he apologized for the wait and explained he had multiple online orders with steak, and that’s what they were waiting on. (There were 5-6 Ubers inside). He asked if there was anything he could substitute it for so we didn’t have to wait. But I wanted my steak so I told him it was ok and that I’d prefer to wait. We watched the manager pull our steak fresh from the grill, he was working the line, drive thru, and front counter. When we got our order he saw my wife was still upset so he gave her a flan on the house and apologized again. Although we had to wait a little longer than normal, the manager did everything correctly last night, a personal suggestion is maybe order online for pickup prior to arriving on Fridays as it seems they might have been understaffed. Overall though it was a great experience!

  I ordered online to #skiptheline. But instead my order was not made until 30 minutes later, I ordered at 9:06pm and didn’t get my order until 9:45pm. People were coming in way after me ordering at register and still had their order made before mine. What’s the point in ordering online if the order gets waved off until after the rush is completely finished?? I usually don’t leave bad reviews but tonight was just unacceptable!

  This is the 6th time me or my husband tried to order after 10pm this year and they didn't have a significant amount of food available. They didn't have yellow rice, mash potatoes, brown rice...etc. They promote that they are open until midnight but then stop making food at 10pm? And the lady today acted like they no longer serve mash potatoes, but it's still available on the app to order. I think we are officially done with this Pollo Tropical after this last experience.
