  The quality has fallen the food isn’t fresh. Bought a rice and vegetable in the frig one night it was rotten it had mold on it in the frig. The chicken is over seasoned seems burnt dry when that should be chewy moist. Cut the chicken not quartered idk what that was it was rubbery halfed Breast. Poor customer service it’s the management. Sloppy failing business model it’s probably under new management. Went to Brandon Location. Ordered a Pork Sandwich. Greasy no pork sandwich with BBQ. Pork should be Drained stacked into the bread not dripping sogging the bread it has to be losing money serving that and twice. Five years was North. Am back and that’s not the same. Service Products is Poor! Ribs were good Gone. Am done

  Everyone at this location is clueless even the managers. Make sure you double check your food before leaving as they always forget half of it. Had to drive back 7 miles from home to get the whole chicken I paid for only for them to give me a hard time. You gain point towards $ 5 rewards that the store will not honor and the online app will not let you apply it to an order. So what’s the point of points.

  Food is great if you can get pass the horrible attitudes most of the staff has. They act like it's the customers fault they had to come to work there. (Which screams management issues).

  Tengo un pollo tropical en wesley chapel pero el pollo siempre lo bender quemado y voy hasta este otro pollo tropical por que la comida es deliciosa ,el pollo el termino correcto

  Place is very hit and miss. Food was cold this time, burnt the time before. However the lady working the drive thru is very rude. Change jobs if you hate it so much.
