  It was such a pleasure meeting the lovely "Marian" she patiently took my order she was helpful and forgiving when I had a minor complication placing my order. She made a point of coming over as we dined to offer a warm hello as well as to ensure that we are satisfied with service and meal. She provided a Excellent experience. The chicken dinner was hot, fresh, tasted good. Thank you

  Listen… when I say they SAVED us, I mean that! We ran out of food at our event and needed to feed about 65 people ASAP. Freddy stepped in and made it happen like it was nothing. Great attitude, fast service, and really showed love when we needed it most. That kind of customer service is rare! This location? TOP TIER. Freddy and the team definitely came through for us—forever grateful! We’ll be back, no question!!!

  I came in for lunch today because I was in the area. Never expected to be surprised by how much different this place feels compared to last time I came about 2 years ago. Jerry was the one who tended to us, he was very welcoming and the place felt super clean and organized. Maybe new management? I'll be going back soon, for sure.

  I had a great experience at Pollo Tropical, and I want to give a special shoutout to Freddy. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Freddy made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, making sure everything was correct and going above and beyond to be helpful. It’s not every day you come across someone with such a positive attitude and great energy. Because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
