  Talk about a business that has went downhill. Was so much better in the past. Food used to have great flavor but is bland now. I got the chicken trop bowl and the only thing I could taste was the onion that was raw but were supposed to be sautéed. In the past they provided a sauce bar with jalapeños and other toppings. No more sauce bar. No more Jalapeños. I asked for some hot sauce and curry mustard sauce and was given 1 very small packet of each. When I asked for more the attendant gave me a look like I asked for the shirt off his back. If I would have been given sufficient sauce to make the meal flavorful it might have made this $14 meal worth half that but since I was only given 2 drops of each sauce it failed to deliver. This is the 2nd time in the past year I've been let down by the trop and will be my last visit.

  I picked up a couple of family meals here for a dinner at home. Everything was included and the sides were great as usual. They only gave a few sauces which was not nearly enough to cover how ungodly dry the chicken was. Even asking for dark meat didn’t help. Please work on how long the chicken is charbroiled for. Basically inedible and a waste of money.

  Soy trabajador de doordash y llegué a recoger un pedido y una muchacha que trabajaba en el turno de las 5 de la tarde de pelo rojo me hizo ver como si fuera un ladrón me sentí muy avergonzado porque me hizo ver como si yo me comiera las comidas de doordash por lo que cada vez que reciba un pedido de esa tienda lo voy a cancelar no estoy dispuesta a aguantar semejante trato para nada recomiendo que vayan a ese lugar sobre todo con la mala atención que me dieron

  The food is usually amazing at all Pollo Tropicals and the atmosphere and service as well ...HOWEVER while ordering food today we had a nasty experience with an employee(Chantal/Chandra) not super clear on her nametag who inserted herself into our order to emphasize what the cashier was trying to tell us meanwhile it didn't say what they were trying to explain clearly on the menu the order I was trying to make was for a #10 the trio which apparently you can't sub out the Rice and beans for another side although it says clearly rice and beans or a regular side. She was extremely rude and unprofessional saying oh well that's how it comes no substitutions and then proceeds to stare me down like im stupid. Therefore I canceled the rest of my order and start to leave and from behind the register she says BYE!! Excuse me ma'am that's not how you treat a customer and no this isn't a Karen Rant she was extremely rude and unprofessional do better Pollo Tropical!!!!
