Some of the protein bowls have generous amounts of meat while others are extremely lacking.
For example the beef bowl was 90% rice vegetables, 10% beef.. there was barely any beefs to go around $15?? Na
Other ones like this picture below, had a nice vegetable to meet ratio.
If I had to rate the food out of 10 I would give it a seven on the taste.
The fullness afterwards is a 10

DWe’ve eaten at Poke Poke Sushi Unrolled probably 20+ times, so we know exactly what we normally get. Tonight was extremely disappointing.
I always order the Spicy Tuna Crunch Bowl. I don’t get rice at all—mine is spicy tuna, edamame, avocado, red onion, green onion, cilantro and crunchy topping with eel sauce and spicy mayo.
The price hasn’t changed, but tonight I received maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of the amount of food I normally get.
When we questioned the portions, we were specifically told, “We only give one scoop and we only give one sauce now.”
Because I don’t get rice, they have always given me an extra scoop of edamame instead. After probably 20+ visits, suddenly tonight they wouldn’t do that. They also wouldn’t let me add jalapeño to the spicy tuna, and now apparently I’m limited to only one sauce.
To top it off, the avocado was hard and not ripe, so it wasn’t enjoyable either.
I understand restaurants have increased costs, but the price of my Spicy Tuna Crunch Bowl didn’t go down while the amount of food certainly did. Paying the same price for somewhere between 25–50% less food, along with new restrictions on toppings and sauces, is a pretty substantial decrease in value.
After this many visits, we know what the portions have always looked like. This wasn’t a subtle difference—it was immediately noticeable.
We’ve continued coming here because we genuinely liked the food and felt it was a good value. I really hope management reconsiders these changes because if this is the new portion size for the same price, unfortunately we’ll be finding another poke place.
I love rice as much as the next person but it’s literally 70% rice and 30% fish and other toppings. Why call it a poke place when it’s mostly rice?

The worst customer service I have ever seen.
You lost another customer that used to come frequently.
I ordered a bowl, after I paid she said oh you can scan this and get 5$ off, she was waiting just to gain a little bit more money instead of maintenance the clientele of this store.
Then she gave me a card for free boba when you buy Poké, I gave her the card that she just gave me 10 min before after ordering my bowl, and she said you need to order a bowl, which I just did.
This woman is a very bad representative for this store.

Ive eaten here many times for the last 3 years. I work within a couple miles so its part of my lunch rotation.
I always get the same thing, Tuna Lovers bowl. I change the tuna as it comes to just the spicy tuna, not ground.
Today there is a newer employee that ive not ordered from before. I dont think he likes his job. He wasnt very nice, argued about what I was wanting and then when the transaction was complete, he just slides the food to me and walks away. No greeting, no thank you, have a nice day, none of that. Also, he seemed irritated when I asked him to mix my bowl. He didnt ask me. They have mixing bowls specifically for this purpose.
