  Toppings purchased through app but unavailable at store. Pan style crust -- mediocre (was it even pan?) Pizza just tasted "off." Miserable parking. Wish I'd read the reviews.

  I would like to acknowledge Brianna and the excellent service that she provided. She corrected my order without any hassle and that made me very happy! Best Pizza Hut experience I have ever had! Top tier service! Thank you Brianna. 😄

  I've been seeing ads for the $3 one topping personal pan pizza. I stopped in to get that and the lady told me you can only get that if you order on the website or in the app. I didn't have the app, but she was very nice and patient while I got on my phone to order on the website. The pizza was delicious. I got the recommended original personal pan pizza with basil pesto drizzle.

  I ordered a large pizza, but it seemed more like a medium that was simply cut into smaller, thinner slices. It had 8 slices, and there was barely any marinara sauce. It mostly tasted like bread. I’m not usually picky about food, but this was disappointing for a pizza I paid 26 Dollars for I mean what did I expect from a Pizza Hut that has 2 stars.😮‍💨🤔😣

  If i could of gave zero stars i would have. First I watched two employees come out the bathroom without washing their hands. Hands were completely dry. The first one went around touching pizza pans and other things in the store. Then after that she decided to wash her hands. The second lady went straight to the kitchen sink and washed her hands. But still after using the restroom hands are to be washed in the bathroom for at least 20 seconds with soap and then again when you get back into the kitchen. I sent a complaint to corporate totally unacceptable. Then look how they cut my pizzas SMH
