  This Pizza Hut is terrible. When you arrive, there isn’t a single person at the front to help you. You end up waiting with no direction because there’s no system or anyone available to assist or even acknowledge customers. Even though there are employees working in the back, no one comes up front to help. The wait time is ridiculous, even if you’re just trying to pick up an order. You basically have to get lucky and hope someone eventually comes to the front. The customer service here is very poor, and they seriously need to improve their organization and attention to customers.

  Boneless wings were raw also waited 6 minutes until I had to yell hello is any working then someone came to the front and it was a pointless conversation pizza was disgusting at this location they don't follow the instructions on how to portion correctly

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered a pan pizza (which costs extra) and what I received was shockingly thin. I honestly thought they gave me the wrong pizza. Even the woman serving me said she’s never seen it this thin compared to how other locations usually make them. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

  This will be the second time in about 2 months that we are told our delivery will be 20-30 and over an hour later no pizza. We only live a mile and half away, and if they would tell us initially the wait would be over an hour then of course we would select pick up (even if it is less convenient). First occurrence I called twice and after an hour and half was told "well you can come pick it up it's sitting right here"... 1) not thrilled about paying $40 for a cold pizza and 2) I'm currently a bottle of wine deep so not going out driving. Had them cancel my order and return $ and never got any kind of discount for our next order (which seems atypical in the food customer industry but whatever). Second occurrence we figured we'd give them another shot because I love their thin crust pizza... but here we are again over an hour since we ordered and delivery was expected to be 30 min... and we are driving to pick up because this was supposed to here long ago. Totally ridiculous. Order at another location! Do NOT order from the Ehrlich location!
