  I am honestly very upset and disappointed by how we were treated at this Papa John’s(5130 S Dale Mabry Hwy STE 103,Tampa fl 33611) We came to pick up an order , thinking we might sit and eat, but instead we were met with extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager.And his name is Jesse. The way he spoke to us was humiliating, especially in front of our children. It was even more heartbreaking when one of our kids tried to take a Pepsi that we had already paid for, and he reacted harshly toward the child. No child deserves to be treated like that. What hurt the most was being asked to leave the store as if we had done something wrong, and even worse, my friend and her toddler were not allowed to use the restroom. As a parent, that was very upsetting and felt completely inhumane. We walked in expecting basic respect and left feeling disrespected and hurt. This was not just bad service—it was a deeply uncomfortable and upsetting experience. I truly hope no other family has to go through this. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, especially when it comes to treating families and children with basic respect.

  Online they advertise buy one get one free pizza. Though I ordered a pizza and expected to get a free one. I only received one pizza. I called them and told them that I only received one pizza and he said well you have to order two in order to get the buy one get one free. I have ordered from other places and they automatically gave you your buy one get one free and I’ve never had to order a second. This was extremely misleading on the website. I called and spoke with the assistant manager, and he refused to give me a second pizza. And this was a small pizza. It was not worth $21. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The service was horrible… pizza was tasty though.

  Gm is horrible no customer service what so ever very very hostile and loud does not welcome or greet customers well at all. Not an understanding guy. Very nasty in person he yelled at me because of a free pizza promo code. I dont understand people these days. Not very welcoming at all I do not recommend.

  I would strongly recommend that you do not use their delivery service. The driver that hit my vehicle while working in the capacity did NOT adhere basic safety driving standards and struck my vehicle, a new SL 55. The driver attempted to flea, thankfully my Wife was in her own vehicle in the same parking lot and use it to stop his escape. He did not speak English and had only a Driver's Permit. I found out this past week that his insurance doesn't cover his vehicle when used as a Papa John's Delivery Vehicle. I now have to file a suit in Civil Court over this. If this Papa John's hired drivers with a valid license my accident would have likely not happened. The owner of this Papa John's is not a responsible Franchisee.

  Dude acted like “what are you doing here?” I ordered my pizzas and he went back to the back carrying a tray. I asked “are my pizzas being made?” And he said he was only one there. He acted like he had no orders with nothing to make. No sense of urgency or customer sat. Totally unacceptable
