  The family loved the pizza. The bowl I had was great but was not much so I was still hungry after I ate it.

  I was experiencing difficulty with my order and spoke with a very kind woman on the phone who swiftly solved my issue. When I arrived to pick up my order, each part was warm and cooked perfectly. I will definitely be ordering from this location again.

  I would come here once a week for my family, but after my experience today, I will never be back. The overseas call center they have didn’t answer the phone to place an order so I went in the store and asked if they could duplicate my previous order and the manager, Emily doubles the price of my previous order? She said they don’t do specials and then became rude and unwilling to assist so I just went across the street to Dominoes lol…

  Definitely not how it used to be, I was tired of eating Domino's so I decided to try Papa John's since I have not had Papa John's in a long time. It was horrible pizza and breadsticks was so plain no taste at all. Everything was cold as well definitely will not be eating Papa John's again. I even asked for beef and mushrooms on one of the pizzas, you literally thought it was just a plain cheese pizza.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I went there to pick up an order that was not ready yet, so I stood quietly near the counter while I waited. One of the employees approached me in a very rude and disrespectful manner and told me that I needed to move away from the counter and wait in the back or outside the store. I was shocked by his attitude and the way he spoke to me. I responded to him in Spanish because this same employee has spoken to me in Spanish on previous occasions, and I simply told him that he should be respectful and know how to treat people properly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told me to leave the restaurant. I felt humiliated, targeted, and discriminated against by the way I was treated. I completely understand that a restaurant may ask a customer or delivery driver to wait in a designated area, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that. No one deserves to be treated this way. I hope Papa Johns management takes this incident seriously, investigates what happened, and reviews the store’s security footage. I am considering filing a formal complaint and seeking legal advice regarding this incident.
