- KMKE MSep 18, 20261.0Ordered via papa John’s app and it’s been 2 hours since I ordered and the tracking says they’re still waiting on a dasher. its 9:45 pm right now. I called store to cancel order and immediately placed on hold, I hung up after 17 minutes. Can’t cancel the order any other way. I then ordered through door dash and received in 45 minutes but the plain cheese pizza I ordered had NO PIZZA SAUCE. How? Why? The cookie was soggy and and not baked all the way through. Entire cookie Fell completely apart in crumbles before we could even put in oven. I paid for 2 ranch dressings and received nothing. Will not use this location ever again.
- TCThe Wesley ChapelMay 30, 20261.0This location was ok just months before but has declined severely. I’ve never said anything bad about any Papa John’s pizza but this supposed “NY style pizza” was NOT anything remotely close to NY style. As soon as I opened the box it looked more like thin crust which I happened to like thin crust as well. After eating it, it tasted more like I was chewing the pizza box. It was neither crispy like thin crust or chewable like any pizza. I’ve never seen the workers before and the workers need to be retrained. Not sure if I even wanna give this location another chance or just make the effort to go to another. Hopefully this will help the location.
- MMMikeApr 20, 20261.0This location is terrible. As most of the other comments say, this location is the eyesore of papa John’s and honestly the reason why I’m skeptical to order a pizza from ANY location again. The pizza I ordered was absolutely drenched in sauce (as if it was on purpose?) to the point where all the toppings just slid off because it was not properly cooked. On top of that, there is something mentally wrong with the workers here. One of the girls was hitting a vape while assembling my order. I would stay away from this location at all costs.
- DBDr. Alireza BazoobandJan 31, 20251.0The crew is very rude and impolite. The lady that works at register that touches every thing, has long nails (filled with stuff) and with the same hands picks up doughs to give it to next person on the line.
