  I feel compelled to begin that I love Papa John's, I love the ingredients and the quality and that you've perfected a non-oily pizza, which is why it pains me to leave this review. My daughter was in town for the Bruno Mars concert, the first time we've seen the other and spent time together in about two months, and she desired pizza; of course I thought of Papa John's. I used the online ordering system and did everything correctly, including to give a tip. In order to maximize quality family bonding, I timed out my trip to Papa John's, as well as picking up a couple of other unrelated necessary items, to coincide with when it was estimated to be ready, plenty of time, and incidentally even received the notification when I pulled into the parking lot. Upon entering I notice that the pizza boxes labeled with my name are still stacked sideways and the attendant tells me that it will take another double amount of time. Being nonconfrontational, I accepted the defeat and waited alone in the car. When I returned later to pick up the order, there was no explanation, no communication, just take your pizza and gtfo; and also no recourse for my wasted time and the extra money in the form of a tip. I would never accept charity, but it is very low-class when a corporation doesn't try to smooth things out after giving bad service. Also, I thought a tip was motivation to do a better job, not worse. There's almost no worse feeling when you'd like to have a nice pizza with your daughter than waiting twice (including once alone in your car) and missing family time. My suggestion would be to never tip at this establishment; I certainly will not again, and probably will end up changing my allegiance.

  Pizza had old dough it was a pan pizza hard and it was over cooked been here many times never a problem maybe new cook or oven pace changed will go to gun hwy instead for now

  Very expensive for a large pizza and very small boneless wings 10 piece Was $34 Plus tax also when I came in, I seen a man Touching people’s pizzas and separating it with no gloves, just bare hands .
