It's so infuriating that because it's a franchise, the staff do whatever they feel like. I didn’t say anything; I'm not going to argue over $10. But I came here for the $14.99 pizza, and just for asking for half Hawaiian, they charged me $25.99. Being treated well depends on who serves you. Plus, the guy had a massive scowl on his face as if he was going to bite me. I won't be back!"

I met Greg, the General Manager at Papa John’s, the other day, and he gave me one of the most memorable customer service experiences I’ve had. He was welcoming, professional, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and dedication to customers really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and leads by example. Thanks, Greg, for making my visit such a great one—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Alexis & Autumn were awesome hostess. It was my 1st time there. They made the trip there comfortable and quick. Kudos to the ladies for handling business & holding it down.
