- RGRuth GarciaAug 19, 20261.0There was a girl, Spanish, she took our order. She seems to be the manager on duty when we came in around 7:20. She was extremely rude to the employee, you guy, probably like 19-20y/o. There was a guy who came to pick up a mobile or delivery order, the employee asked the guy if the name on the order was “katherine”, which the guy responded “yes”. He tried to hand the order to the guy and she yelled at him say that it was not the order the guy was waiting for. They were going back and forth for few seconds and he told her to go in the office. I understand the frustrations of her if you’re working with somebody, not paying attention to the orders, but I feel like it wasn’t his fault entirely because the guy said yes to him when he confirm the name on the order she told him “you need to pay attention to what you’re doing you almost hand out the wrong order because you’re not paying attention”. Her response was valid, but she needs to learn how to speak with other people. He was also disrespectful if that was his manager, and that should not be allowed, but he clearly felt embarrassed that the whole interaction happened in front of people. Managers as leaders should know how to address situations you don’t address it in front of people and employees need to have respect for the managers. They are the authority.
- TMTricia MeeksAug 9, 20261.0Extremely rude employees do not even acknowledge your presence when you walk through the door. You will stand there forever and multiple people will come in behind you and they do not acknowledge anyone. RUDE and unfriendly, uninviting service.

Service was attentive and the guy was careful with the order. The pizza bread wasn't perfect, but overall it was a solid experience
