  I ordered a ½ chicken salad sandwich and soup in a bread bowl. What I received was a half sandwich consisting of 95% salad, and about a teaspoon of chicken salad hidden under the lettuce and tomato. The soup in a bread bowl? Wasn’t in a bread bowl and the small cup was only partially filled with soup. And I paid $20! Called them to let them know about the bread bowl since you pay extra, and also let them know about the sad sandwich and their only reply was, “we got a lot of orders at one time”. Umm.. I don’t care! That’s not excuse to get the order wrong and skimp on the remainder... take the time and get it right, since that’s what I paid for! Inexcusable. They offered to refund .80 cents for the missing bread bowl. That’s just another slap in the face. Will NEVER order from Panera Bread again.

  If you’d like your Monday morning ruined, this is the place to go. It’s the perfect spot to drain both your happiness and your money. The manager in the purple shirt, Annalise, and the manager in the green shirt, Brittany, were rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. The tension and attitude throughout the entire establishment made the experience uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. And if you’re looking for your food to be carelessly thrown into a bag with zero attention or customer service, this is also the perfect place. It’s honestly a disservice to the kind staff working under management like this. Based on the other Google reviews, this clearly isn’t a one-time issue, it’s a pattern. The only saving grace to this place was the very sweet cashier, Jonathan. He was amazing.

  They did not give us our complete order. When I called back the manager said the only way she could compensate us was with a refund. I told her I didn’t need a refund but the grilled cheese we didn’t get. I’ve never been anywhere where they wouldn’t give u something food free as a good gesture. When getting there we waited 20 more minutes. The cashier (Gavin) said they probably were still making it. Gavin never checked. The manager had it ready sitting behind Gavin. It took another cashier to tell Gavin where it was behind him. We should not have to check our orders. We love Panera Bread but probably will not go back to this location

  I can only speak to the bakery items. I didn't try the food from the kitchen. But I had a few interactions with wonderful staff members this evening, and all the bakery items were FAR better than the other Panera's around Tamap. Very good.
