  From getting a rare steak when ordering a med well, missing sides, a meal on an appetizer plate! I can go on with the list but we got a cookie yet still never got my side, then told that sides are complimentary so that makes it ok when you don’t receive what you ordered! Not looking for a comp but for what is ordered without asking numerous times! Not a fan of snarky deflections and a cookie that’s supposed to be the remedy for multiple issues! Keep your cookie!

  This was one of the best times I've had in a while at Outback! Everyone's steak looked as if it was made for a photoshoot! Chef's kiss to the cook!

  The BEST location. They always go above & beyond whether in house or delivery order. I love to eat with them on mondays where you can use the code joeyfree to get a free kids meal.

  My kids and I went to this Outback on Monday. The new promotion is kids eat free with a paying adult. We were greeted at the door and felt so welcomed! Our server's name was Regan...she was amazing! She was very attentive and patient with my 6-year-old who was very indecisive. Our food came out exactly as we ordered it, with the perfect amount of time between the appetizer, salad, and or delicious meals. Our glasses were always full, and Regan checked on us regularly. I spoke with the manager to let him know what a GREAT job she had done. Thanks, Outback, for a wonderful mean and thanks Regan for such amazing service.

  I ate lunch on a Thursday, shortly after opening, it took about an hour to get my food, when it arrived it was burnt, I went looking for my wait person and asked to see a mgr. She took care of it herself, rcvd replacement meal in about 10 minutes, also burnt but I was too hungry so I ate 1/2 of it. Asked to see a mgr, another wait person came over, she said it looked good to her and I had eaten it. I also asked for additional napkins, was brought paper towels from the bathroom. I will not be going back to Outback for a very long time after such a terrible experience.
