- MMMadison Morris1 day ago5.0The service was incredible; I would put this on par with Emeril’s. If you’ve ever been there, you know what I mean. The entire staff was so wonderful and inviting, but my server Elise stood out! She was extremely attentive; my glass was never empty, fresh plates were brought out, and she knew the menu very well and gave tasteful recommendations across the board. Some little details that I absolutely ADORED; the menus are on wooden boards which is a really neat texture feature. Every utensil and plate ware is carefully thought out and matches the dish’s needs. The restrooms have breath mints and little dental flossers. At one point, one of the managers brought a complimentary lobster and shrimp dumpling for us to try! These seem like little things, but it truly elevated the experience. The food may take a little longer than normal expected times to arrive to you, but it is WORTH EVERY SECOND. It is so fresh; I ate an insane amount of items from this menu, and I can say with ABSOLUTE confidence that there is not one thing on this menu that you won’t love. He was honest about the menu and really helped guide our group in the right direction. I love sushi, but the others in my group aren’t big fans, and he made sure to recommend options that worked for everyone. We all left full and extremely satisfied. Management was very present, greeting us, running food and checking in. The cherry on top was the DESSERT!! BAYBAYYY! Get one of everything on that dessert menu, you will not be disappointed! Oku is about to be a new Tampa gem 💎
