- CTChase TerrierMay 23, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed at how the quality of service has gone down the drain in recent months. I’ve worked around this area for several years, and there is a specific barista, who is consistently rude, unprofessional, and somehow gets my order wrong every single time (simple coffees, lattes) - this has deteriorated my trust in this location. This slim, unkept, yawning small man that has taken my order multiple times in the past months, does not care at all about customers and quite frankly acts and looks like he just rolled out of bed and has something against the world. I am only describing him so others can avoid him from mixing up your order and dealing with his rudeness. I feel for his team members that have had to constantly fix his mistakes and add to their already busy workload. I will no longer accept this level of service and won’t be buying here anymore with employees like this. It has happened now way too many times that it has unfortunately come to this point. Avoid this place and save your hard earned money.

Nit: I arrived tonight at 8:39 and was told the blender had already been cleaned. Is it standard policy to turn customers away before closing time? I can understand cleaning the blender in anticipation that there won't be any more customers on a given night. But, if there happens to be another customer, shouldn't they be served, and the blender cleaned again?
