Poor Service and Poor Management: Two Female Mangers, and the General Manager, a male individual were all present, May 5, 2026 at 9:45 am. Problem, the service person at the drive-through was not able to comprehend the order. The order: A big breakfast, and two hot coffees. One large mocha coffee, and one medium French vanilla cappuccino, both hot. I was told to pull-up to the second window. At the second window. One of the female mangers was there to take my order, however she messed it up because she was not paying attention to the order. It was apparent when she said ice coffees. I said no, both coffees hot, and I repeated the entire order. She then replied three coffees, where I said no, two, and I repeated it again, the entire order. The big breakfast was handed to me but the coffees were not. I was told by the same manager to pull-up into parking spot #1. The coffees on my receipt both said medium, so I went into the McDonalds and advised that the mocha is a large. Furthermore, I complained to the male General Manger that this situation was not acceptable. Moreover, I told him, the General Manger, that my breakfast was now cold. All he said was I am sorry, then I was given the mocha in a large cup, but when I opened the lid at home, it was 3/4 full. Therefore, they probably poured the medium mistake into the large cup. The General Manger did not give me a replacement breakfast either, although via their mistakes, it was cold. However, my dogs enjoyed the cold breakfast.
