    I placed a mobile order and tried to pick it up thru the drive thru they said they were only taking orders in the lobby ,I said okay that’s fine I didn’t make it a big deal ,I went inside and a crew member asked for the code and I gave it to him , I waited and I waited no one brought the out the food so i asked another crew member about the order he said without the code he couldn’t pull it up and on my end the code has already disappeared , i can’t get a refund cause I never got the order let alone a receipt, I was more then understanding didn’t make it a big deal but I literally spent money and go no food and probably won’t see that money ever again. And everybody i spoke to there was useless ,unbelievable

    Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Asked multiple times nicely and was ignored. Waited another 5 minutes at the window. Horrible customer service.

    The McDonald's breakfast sausage biscuit is so good and the pancakes oh my goodness and the nuggets are so go I also love the MC chicken and the cookies are so good

    This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Tampa. The service is awful, the staff is rude, and the customer service is unacceptable.     JT THE MANAGER IS A PHENOMENAL MANGER / LEADER AT THIS LOCATION. I DO DOOR DASH ON THE SIDE. Today it was storming really badly. I went through the drive through and relayed that typically we are allowed to pick up an order through the drive through when it’s lightning and thundering. Well, this time I was greeted by a not so pleasant employee named JENNIFER. She gave me a very snark and rude response saying we cannot give you the order through the drive through and that I would have to come inside. Keep in mind. I have absolutely no issue going inside for the order but when it’s pouring thunderous rain and lighting we are allowed to grab an order through the drive through. When I asked why couldn’t I get the order through the drive though and that usually we are allowed if it’s storming badly (which it was) she simply replied with much attitude that she doesn’t have to explain why and that I have to come inside. Where I come from it’s not what you say but how you say it.. and because of the attitude this employee Jennifer decided to give me I asked to speak with the manager. JT came to the window and I relayed exactly what I said above. He explained that the drive through was on a timer and that the food wasn’t ready. Because it was literally pouring and lightning there was no one in the drive through. I asked if I could please wait in the drive through since there were zero customers waiting and it was a quick order pickup. JT kindly asked me to pull up to the door and he personally brought out the order. Albeit JT was not happy because he probably had to deal with Jennifer’s attitude about the entire situation, he still brought out the order himself while it was still raining. THAT TO ME DISPLAYS PHENOMENAL LEADERSHIP. A true manager who doesn’t confront or give attitude but instead, calmly found a solution and helped out a very reputable dasher. We aim to make our clients happy and arriving with their bags soaked from rain also affects the customer experience. JT DISPLAYED THE KIND OF MANAGEMENT LEADERSHIP THAT I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED IN AWHILE. It’s because of JT I will continue to pickup from this location but now I have to deal with JENNIFER and her rude attitude. She also has given out orders without confirming at the location and causing orders to be lost. It’s a hustle that bad dashers are doing. They will say the customers name, take the order, they don’t confirm the order, exit the restaurant and then UNASSIGN themselves from the order while simultaneously keeping the food. The order then goes to another dasher, we arrive to the restaurant, request the order for pickup and then are greeted with a “oh that order already got picked up” when in fact it wasn’t picked up, the bad dasher merely said the name of the customer, and are handed the food, they don’t confirm and then keeps the food after the fact by unassiging themselves from the order now that they succeeded in getting the food out of the building. This happened to me once with Jennifer who relayed “oh that order has already been picked up” and when in fact it wasn’t picked up, they gave the order to a bad dasher who collected the order by merely saying the name of the customer order, get handed the food, walk outside, unassign themselves and bam, free food for the bad dasher. I had a back and forth with Jennifer once about his and that she should take responsibility and admit that they didn’t confirm the pickup within the store and in front of them.. I was going to leave a ONE star review for Jennifer but because JT THE MANAGER displayed such a great deal of compassion and quality leadership I will not leave Jennifer a one star review but only because JT stepped in and showed them how a real manager with quality training, problem solving and customer service handles a situation like this. I feel JT deserves a raise or at least a call from the owner congratulating him on this five star review and for showing his employees how to be a quality and effective manager. Someone on the other hand needs to have a talk with JENNIFER and teach her basic manners.
