    Inside boring, outside extra long lines, when they don't tell you to pull up to trick they clock or not, fries never fully cooked, horrible food, horrible wait time and overall horrible waste of time. Extremely disrespectful to the locals.

    Sunday June 14th 7:30pm, drive thru, Young dark skinned girl with an updo of braids, very trying and disrespectful. She had an attitude and almost snapped at me to ask to move forward to wait for fries. Not only was my order missing the fries but a lot more that I had to tell them about. I had to correct them for the entire order and the other chunky woman had an attitude as well. Not only is the food going downhill at this location but the customer service has always been terrible for months,Especially the teenagers who are quite literally noticeably high or drunk every day.

    The drive thru is not managed well. Sometimes one speaker works for ordering, sometimes they completely ignore the other speaker. Why have two lanes for ordering if you can’t manage them effectively?

    I visited the McDonald’s on S Dale Mabry Highway near MacDill AFB at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 7, 2026, and had a disappointing experience. I placed a larger-than-usual order in person, not through the app. I understand there may be policies that require customers with large orders to come inside, and if that’s the case, I have no issue following the procedure. My concern was the way it was communicated. The cashier, a Black female employee working the register that morning, came across as dismissive and unprofessional. After being told to come inside, I could hear comments in the background about a “big order” or something similar, which made me feel like my business was an inconvenience rather than appreciated. When the interaction was over, I said “thank you,” but instead of acknowledging it, the cashier simply walked away. The dining area also needed attention. Several tables appeared dirty and had not been wiped down, which did not leave a good impression, especially during the morning rush. A clean dining room is a basic expectation when eating inside a restaurant. The food itself was fine, but customer service and cleanliness matter. I spent a significant amount of money on my order and expected a more professional interaction and a cleaner environment. Hopefully management can address these issues and remind employees that every customer deserves respectful treatment, regardless of the size of their order.

    This has to be the worst experience at a McDonald's I've ever had. The Big Mac did not come with lettuce, we sat down expecting our food to come as noted when we ordered. Our food was left at the counter until I went and picked it up. They did not comply with the drink request I had made. And when we went back to ask refill, three employees looked at us but not one of them approached the counter. After spending $45 for the of us, you'd think you'd get something decent in food and service. I will NOT be back to this McDonald's again!
