  It is very disappointing when they have a manager who laughs at people when they're trying to report anything she is a disgrace. I was in curbside for a period of 35 minutes for a order of 6 nuggets which is completely ridiculous. And when i walk in to ask about my order the front clerk who spoke in spanish said with a very thick accent "Si no quiere esperar qe se large" which mean if he doesn't want to wait he can leave. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

  Quiero agradecer a los trabajadores de este McDonald q se encuentra en 7909 W Hillsborough avenue en el corazon de Town & Country, en especial a la Manager Yusnaidy. Yuslami, no recuerdo bien su nombre, es una muchacha muy amable, cubana, rubia alta, tan agradable, hizo todo por hacernos sentir muy bien esta noche con mi nieto mi esposo y yo. Gracias por tu trato tan amable, tan cordial y serio a la vez, muy responsable en su trabajo y personalmente nos hizo el cafe fresco, quede muy agradecida. Q bueno q existieran muchas como ella.   Food was fine, it's McDonalds so as long as it's fresh, you know what you're getting. I waited a few minutes for someone to take my order but no one came to the register, so I did a mobile order on my phone. Service was slowwww. Took about 15 minutes to get the food after ordering. There were 3 orders in front of us that were there when we got there. The drive through didn't seem too backed up so maybe they were short staffed. The restaurant was nice looking, the area around it was showing signs of age with a lot of sidewalk traffic.

  I just placed this order, and—to the disappointment of both my daughter and me—it didn't come with the fries, the seasoning packet, or the collectible card. I went in to complain, and they told me the supply truck hadn't arrived yet. That isn't my fault; I placed my order online for pickup, and the app indicated that the items were available. It wasn't my fault, yet the manager wouldn't give me the option of a refund—the mistake was theirs, not mine. She only offered to give me something else instead. No! I don't need anything else; I need my money back, or at least the specific items we went there for. Honestly, I was left feeling extremely disappointed. I really hope other people read this so they don't have to go through the same thing.
