  We placed an order at McDonald’s that included a smoothie. When our order was handed to us, the smoothie was missing. We had to go back and ask where it was. They responded with, “Oh, sorry, we don’t have the smoothie you ordered.” They offered either a refund or a replacement drink. We asked for a refund, but they didn’t refund the full amount. We had to go back a second time to ask why the refund was incomplete. With annoyed expressions, they said they had refunded the wrong smoothie. No proper apology, no effort to handle the situation politely — it felt like we were bothering them just by asking. And honestly, this keeps happening not only at this location but at other McDonald’s too — there is almost always something missing from the order. It starts to feel like they do it on purpose. Very unpleasant customer service. I do not recommend coming here.

  My go to location for McDonald’s. Quality and service is usually always pretty good. Difficult location to get out of though.

  Terrific. But I don't like the way all McDonald's are turning into black boxes out of some Netflix series. Sheesh. Call me old school but and this applies to all McDonald's they freaking cater to you like it's the Cirque or some other fancy LA fives to our restaurant. Just get the hell out of my hair let me order my food and sit for a while, word.

  Ive always been pretty lenient with doing food reviews and understanding. However, I live down the block from this McDonalds and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there, there isnt fresh food given to me, we have to wait so long for the food and/or they’re always out of something. I can’t believe I have to drive longer to go to another McDonald’s, but I’ve given this place too many chances for me not to even give a review. I would suggest driving a little longer to find a more adequate McDonald’s because apparently they don’t know what they’re doing here. It’s a shame really because the location is absolutely amazing. I’m definitely going to say this and this is @ the night crew especially. Just shut this place down. Nothing is obviously working whether it’s management or just poor staff hires. Good luck to anyone who goes to this place.
