  I ordered a fish filet sandwich and they literally gave me a penny size amount of tartar sauce on it! I had to drive all the way back to this location just to receive attitude from the staff about giving me more tartar sauce. This location is unprofessional and very rude. I suggest you drive to a better location before stopping here

  This has to be the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been to Managers to staff. No matter when you order there is a 15min wait and most of my orders are done thru the app 20min ahead of time. And don’t dare complain the manager will get upset like you’re the problem. If I could give a 0 I would. If you have the time just drive a little further to any other McDonalds it’s worth. O yea writing this as I’m waiting 30min for my in app order. Utterly ridiculous !

  Abysmal quality and service for a flagship location across from Busch Gardens. I received leather-dry, unpalatable burgers despite ordering customizations meant to ensure freshness. When I raised the issue, 'Sara'—who was in violation of policy by not wearing a name tag—was combative and refused any reasonable service recovery. This store is failing basic brand standards. Avoid this location; the management and quality control are non-existent.

  Extremely rude. Even suggested to talk to a manger who then was also rude and talked back at us as well. Took forever for fries and ice cream and it wasn’t even busy. They also forgot part of our order and were extremely rude when we complained about it. Do not recommend. The whole place is also super dirty and doesn’t look like it had been cleaned at all.

  The service is consistently terrible. I go there often since I live nearby; they tell me to park and wait, but then they completely forget I’m there. My six-year-old son even says to me, "Mom, we always have to wait so long!" On top of that, if you complain, they treat you rudely. Since you guys do such high volume, you really ought to be more organized or hire new staff—nobody there has any manners. You are located right across from a park, yet your service is absolutely abysmal. I hope you can resolve this soon.
