  Dropped by to grab a large fries from Drive-thru on my way home from an appointment. Greeted nicely, cash exchanged with pleasantries, and fresh hot lg fries received WITH napkins. In & Out in under 2mins‼️

  Everytime I go here on my way to work this deaf woman with the thickest broken english accent takes my order and gets atleast 1 thing wrong everytime. Whether it's charging me wrong for orange juice. Forgetting the egg when I say sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. Doesn't matter. Please put her on day shift or on the grill and get someone who can communicate clearly on the drive through. Times are not this tough gng

  Don't waste your time coming here at night. I was waiting in drive through for 30 mins and they didn't have fries. And took forever to do a kids meal lol. Crazy just go down the street to dale mabry 3 mins away they have Bette service

  If you’re thinking about stopping by this McDonald’s, do yourself a favor and keep driving. This location manages to miss the mark every single time. Whether you order in person or through the app. Orders are consistently made wrong, and what’s worse, even after asking for a remake, the food somehow comes back just as incorrect as before. It’s almost impressive how reliably they get it wrong. Temperature is another ongoing issue. Don’t expect hot, fresh food. You will receive lukewarm food, and more often than not, items are served outright cold. It completely defeats the purpose of fast food when you’re left with something that tastes like it’s been sitting around far too long. Customer service doesn’t help the situation either. The managers, who should be setting the standard, show little to no accountability. There’s no urgency, no apology, and no sense that they care about fixing obvious mistakes. It creates an environment where poor service feels accepted and expected. What really stands out (in the worst way) is the lack of attention to basic professionalism. During my visit, there was an invoice from the Coca-Cola company sitting on top of the register and a bottle of glass cleaner placed on an indoor trash can—both in clear view of customers. With 6–7 employees working during a non-busy shift, it’s baffling that no one noticed or addressed something so simple. Overall, this location reflects a complete breakdown in quality control, service, and management. If you’re looking for consistent mistakes, cold food, and frustrating service, you’ll find it here. Otherwise, avoid it altogether.
