  Tried to order the special in the corner , a mc value deal... Choosing out of four things you can buy one and add a second one for a dollar.. One of the choices was six piece McNugget so that's what I ordered and then she said they didn't have that special anymore, although they've had it for months and months.. I said well let's talk to a manager and have them honor it since it's on your board outside and she said they're not allowed to override it.. I said yes they are I know for a fact that they should have no problem doing that.. can I get the manager's name and number as well as the owner's name and number please? She stopped talking on the microphone and made the communication stop so I was just sitting there with nobody talking to me anymore.. I finally pulled around and asked to speak with a manager.. I asked for the owner's number and they did not know it, I asked who owned the place and they did not know it.. I asked for a managers name and they did give me the name of Sharon and the phone number of the store but she was not at the store.. The acting manager was a young man and after telling him the ordeal he said he would honor the board deal. I asked him why people would lie to me or go through what I just did and he said he didn't know.. He bagged up my food, handed it to me and I said thank you very much and he did not reply. I got home and took out the two six piece nugget boxes. Lo and behold, both had five pieces in them.. Not that I needed 12 pieces, but that's what the deal was supposed to be buy one six piece get one for a dollar.. So I don't understand how two of them could only have five each in them.. Just an extremely bad impression of the store

  The staff was really rude and unprofessional to my girlfriend. They made her wait almost an hour when she went to pick up the order for grub hub and they never started on it. They was to busy playing on their phones and not taking care of the customers.

  Employee named zion was extremely nice and informative about menu changes and helped me throughout the process.

  I must say I go to McDonald’s a lot probably more than a usual person. But this McDonalds yes small but the workers alone make it great! The lady who greeted me was so kind and inviting. I have a family of five who all like to customize their items so we tend to have big somewhat complicated orders. I always go with a understanding itll take a little bit, but this place just wow food came out quickly hot fresh everything in the bag. They were out of one drink but the young woman came apologizied and offered other options was so polite and genuinely wanted to help. She brought me drinks and with a cup holder so many McDonald’s I go to I order 4 drinks no holder so it was actually nice for someone to ask or bring one. She kept me updated and was just generally amazing. The woman who brought my food made sure I had everything was so kind just 100/10 service. I know this seems trivial but to me it was so refreshing after a bad day to have something go so well!

  This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’ve paid one time for a drink and they gave me my receipt with no change. Didn’t even give me an explanation or a warning, just blaming Trump for getting rid of the penny… zoom forward one week ago place a mobile order I go in line I wait at the drive-through for 15 minutes. Everybody was waiting that one order was taken so I went inside up to the counter to get my order and it still was not ready, people in the back laughing and talking to each other one person in the back looking at the mic like it’s something foreign and two McDonald’s employees ordering food off the kiosk for themselves all meanwhile the customers were waiting outside and inside, it seems like an adult daycare You would think after spending a lot of money to give the place a base lift that they would actually pay attention to a type of attitudes that they hire because this is literally disgusting
