  Absolutely the worst McDonalds in Tampa. Waited 30 minutes for my food via curbside. Then went to the drive thru to get my food and was missing a hash brown and my food was all cold and my sandwich was wrong. Never again!

  Visited this McDonald's drive-thru today and had an unpleasant experience. After placing my order and receiving my food, I noticed that there was a missing item. I asked them if it can be added to my order and I will pay for it since it was missed my their cashier as these things can happen. The direction I was given was that I would have to go back to the back of the drive thru to add anything to my order due to them not having a cashier at the second window. I'm an owner of two companies in the customer service business, and this is unacceptable. When you start to operate your business on how fast people are moving through your lines vs the service that's being provided you're going to lose every time. I've also left a voicemail on the customer service hotline, and will see if I get a call back.

  Staff is very friendly. However, they didn't have utensils for me to eat my breakfast. They ended up giving me a spoon to eat my pancakes. This location DOES NOT have wifi. I couldn't use it while my kids were playing in the play area. Main bathrooms were clean, but I could not use the one next to the play area. It smelled terrible and was super dirty.
