- JPJ PerezMay 17, 20265.0Was staying at the hotel next door during a business trip. Every time I looked out the window from my room, I saw this Mexican food truck. It was always busy and packed! So, on day three, I decided to see what all the fuss was about. It literally took me 3 minutes to get there. As I approached the ordering window, I noticed a “People Love Us on Yelp” certificate, which definitely sparked my curiosity. I was greeted by a super polite and friendly gentleman. I told him it was my first time there, and he explained the truck’s best selling items. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly, and I even got to use my native language, Spanish. I ordered five tacos: two steak, one al pastor, one shrimp, and one campechano. I also ordered tortilla chips, which came with a bean and cheese dip. When I got back to my room and opened the container… wow. It looked glorious. Everything was absolutely delicious...from the warm tortillas to the juicy steak, flavorful al pastor, savory campechano, and especially the shrimp taco, which was the icing on the cake. The chips were perfectly seasoned, and that bean and cheese dip? Amazing. I was seriously impressed with this dinner. Simple, humble, fresh, and delicious. These guys clearly know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be back in two weeks!
