But this morning I walked in to see they had set up a kiosk to take orders. I stood in line to use it for over 10 minutes. And then awaited another 5. A real person wouldn’t help me at the counter. So I walked out and went to a different coffee shop. I would give the kiosk a 0/10 and hope they get rid of it or at least tell their employees to take care of people at the counter if there is a line for the kiosk that isn’t moving.
