- RRRachelMay 21, 20261.0This was my second time visiting this location. The staff on my first visit months ago was wonderful, however, I had a completely different experience this time around. The cashier, I believe PJ, was completely unprofessional and rude. I try to have as much patience as possible when it comes to food service, but being disrespectful to customers (and to his coworkers IN FRONT of customers) is completely unacceptable. I still wanted to provide a cash tip, as I understand how underpaid staff can be and this cashier straight up pocketed the tip money!! I will absolutely be NOT returning to this location as long as he is still working and I hope other customers be aware if they are providing cash tips to staff that this cashier will be pocketing it. Corporate will be made aware.

The staff member that rung me up was chewing gum on the job, and was not able to find their Horse Soldier roast in the registers and kept thinking it was called "House Soldier." I think all of this can easily be turned around and I'll certainly try kahwa again next time I'm in town
