I walk in order a simple sub, he whips it up quick drops it on the counter, no bag or anything. I understand we all have bad days but sir as one food industry worker to another, please try to be more welcoming. I’ve never felt less welcomed somewhere as I did there, tonight. UPDATE: I opened my sub and this is on the bottom of the roll.. I know sometimes there’s burned parts in bread when it’s baked but this isn’t giving that. Very unfortunate.

For actual customers it makes no since. If even after purchase can’t dine in nor use restroom might as well close down because the service is below average business establishment. I don’t blame the employees I blame the poor leadership. I think the location needs a little bit more love to thrive properly.
