Sometimes it gets added and sometimes it doesn’t. Glad I don’t pay extra for these things. Because it happened again today.

Either they come with nothing on them when they're supposed to have lettuce, tomato and extra onion or they're not heated up. Very disappointing. I wish when I used the app I could choose the store I order from
