  There were two people working when I walked in and got my food, one was a young man who was clearly training, and the other was a woman who seemed to be training him. The young man was very kind and courteous, and I’m glad he was who I dealt with for the majority of my order. The woman had a very unpleasant attitude & was speaking rather rudely to the man. After paying for my sandwich, and throwing cash in the tip jar, I asked if I could have a pickle spear and said that I would be happy to pay for it. The woman proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have any pickles cut and for that reason I couldn’t get a pickle. I said I really wanted one, so she proceeded to wrap up an entire pickle & charge me accordingly. I guess my main issue is with her attitude & lack of willingness to simply cut a pickle for a customer & the way she speaks to her counterparts. I will also say that I was the ONLY person in the building and it took me like 10 minutes to get my cold sandwich, which is kinda wild.

  Ms. Shonna let’s start their her& her team greet you soon as you enter store. Excellent customer service I love eating here. Its very clean and food is always fresh and delicious.

  I placed a very large catering order that I needed day-of. (forgive me I do not know how to spell her name) Shauna was incredibly helpful in making sure I had the proper amount of sandwiches to feed the amount of people I had given. They stayed open later than usual, and prepared well in advance to ensure that I had my order for when I needed it. Nothing but great things about this location. I highly recommend them.
