  We went tonight to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We were greeted at the hostess stand with a very nice young lady that knew that we were there to celebrate. She took us right away to a booth that she thought would be nice for us. The waiter, Christian, came right away and took our drink order. He explained the full menu to us and shared his recommendations. We ordered apps, dinner and dessert. The food came out in perfect timing, all of which was absolutely delicious!! It was a great dining experience and we will definitely be back!! I personally appreciate making this night very special for him 😊

  This place has been in business for a long time and had some good reviews. We tried it on Mother's day , but it was really just mediocre.

  Disappointing. Drove 2 hours to take my family here visiting in Tampa to have to wait 20 minutes for my drink, which was warm, and we were the second group to be seated in the restaurant upon opening. Guessing the bartender had not arrived yet, as others were getting wine, but mine was a martini. My entree, the chicken scalloppini was so over cooked and dry. I only ate a few bites. Ordered a side of Spinach but charged full size family portion, and it was extremely oily. Bummer. Not at all what I thought dinner would be. Nothing great. Mediocre food. Server busy but kind.

  Elegant, understated setting. Italian and steak menu has familiar items but with a creative, unique flair. If you have experienced Italian and steak dishes in the past, you should try the dishes here that combine both. Until now, I have not had a pasta dish like Bistecca & Gorgonzola: Tender steak and pasta with aroma, flavors and texture so clearly built from the heart and soul. For a party of eight, service was friendly and impeccable. Excellent family ambience. House, background music is quite eclectic. On a lighter note, upon entering the building one would think you had entered "Vesuvio's". Yes, from that HBO "family" series. And I saw Jimmy Page here.

  Started to write a honest review but this is an iconic family in Tampa and I cant. But my waiter Rick tonight was lacking and I feel bad for the legend of Malios and Carmines that this is who they hire. I still left a good tip but should not have. I did out of repsect for the tremendous family who owns this establishmemt Brian Turner
