  I normally don’t bother checking reviews for any restaurant or ice cream chains because it’s a chain and how bad can it be, right? Wrong, I should’ve checked and read through them. The overview was correct when saying the desserts offered are delicious whereas as the service, or rather the employees, were horrible. I got in line and it wasn’t too busy, just a bit disorganized, but no big deal. When I get to the front and try to start my order, I get interrupted and told to wait. Okay. Fine. Maybe they had to do something that I’m unaware of and it was starting to get a little busy. Nope. Just chatting and “looking busy.” I waited a bit before asking for my order to be taken. It was taken, but in a condescending and obnoxious manner like I’m getting in the way of their talk. Honestly, I should’ve just left after the first incident, but I wanted my ice cream shake. I don’t need the employees to behave like perfect robots and I don’t mind if they chat or have fun with their coworkers. I would like them to at the very least do their job without being rude or interrupting the customer(me) unreasonably.

  The shakes were decently good but not worth the terrible experience with the workers! I have been to this location three times because I enjoy a cold treat during this hot summer, however, I will not be stopping by here anymore because I can't believe how rude and condescending the workers here are. The workers will literally just gossip in front of customers waiting to order and then STILL NOT take their orders. The first time I experienced this, I just assumed the workers were having a bad day. The fact that this has happened the THREE times I have been there tells me there is a deeply ingrained problem with the employees/owner of this location. I will be contacting corporate to let them know how the people at this franchise are ruining the reputation of this globally loved brand. Please avoid this place if possible.

  Quiero felicitar especialmente a Brianna e Isabela por la excelente atención que brindan. Desde el momento en que llegué, fueron increíblemente amables, atentas y profesionales, haciendo que la experiencia fuera realmente especial. Su trato cálido y su dedicación marcan la diferencia. Además, el helado estuvo delicioso, con un sabor espectacular y de excelente calidad. Sin duda volveré y recomendaré este lugar a mis familiares y amigos. ¡Gracias, Brianna e Isabela, por hacer de mi visita una experiencia maravillosa! 🍦💕

  Una experiencia excelente! Los helados son deliciosos, con un sabor fresco y una gran variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. El lugar es muy limpio, agradable y acogedor, perfecto para disfrutar en familia o con amigos. Además, la atención al cliente fue excepcional; el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en especial Brihana e Isabela . Sin duda, se nota la calidad de los productos y el cariño con el que trabajan. Definitivamente volveré y la recomendaré a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de un buen helado. ¡Cinco estrellas bien merecida

  Absolutely loved my visit! The ice cream was incredibly fresh, rich, and creamy, with so many delicious flavors to choose from. The shop was clean, and the service was quick. A special thank you to Brihana and Isabela for their outstanding customer service. They were both so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Their positive attitude and excellent service are the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this Häagen-Dazs location to anyone visiting Citrus Park Mall!
