  Wow, what an amazing 45th birthday! 🎉 First and foremost, I want to say THANK YOU to every single person who took the time to wish me a happy birthday. Whether you called, texted, messaged me, commented on my posts, or stopped by to celebrate with me, I truly appreciate every one of you. You all helped make my birthday feel incredibly special. A special shout out to Matt and Juan for coming out to dinner with us and embracing a little bougie night while we all experienced our very first Tomahawk steak together. It was definitely a birthday dinner to remember! An even bigger thank you to my amazing family, my beautiful wife Kira, my awesome boys Arik and Sylas , and my sister Angela for making my day even more meaningful. I love you all. The day started off perfectly. I woke up, enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee, and for once I didn't have to chase the kids around all day. The boys surprised me with a birthday card and some incredibly soft blankets that I'll definitely be putting to good use. Then I got to kick back and play some video games until noon. At 12:00, it was time for my Chinese massage, and let me tell you, what an experience! 😂 Between the deep tissue work, walking on my back, and the cupping therapy, I looked like I had been attacked by an octopus by the time I left. There were moments I thought I forgot how to breathe and other moments where I was in complete bliss. Painful? Absolutely. Worth it? I think so! After that, I picked up my medicine for the week, relaxed for a bit, and then it was off to Fleming's for dinner. Dinner was absolutely phenomenal. Great food, great company, and one of the best dining experiences I've had. There was one funny hiccup. Our Tomahawk steaks got mixed up. I ordered mine medium well and unsliced because I wanted to take the classic Tomahawk photo before digging in, while my buddy ordered his medium and sliced. Somehow the kitchen swapped them. Because of the mix up, and since it was my birthday, the restaurant went above and beyond by comping both Tomahawk steaks. A huge shoutout to Andrew and Chris at Fleming's for the outstanding customer service. They immediately made things right, turned a simple mistake into an unforgettable experience, and truly showed what exceptional hospitality looks like. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled that leaves a lasting impression, and Andrew and Chris absolutely knocked it out of the park. Thank you both for making my birthday dinner even more memorable. Between the outstanding service, delicious food, and amazing atmosphere, everything else about the evening was absolutely perfect. After dinner we enjoyed dessert, which came with the Tomahawk dinner, so by the time we got home, nobody had any room left for birthday cake. On the way home, we made one more stop at Game-o-saurus on Ulmerton Road to check out the new TCG shop and test my birthday luck on some Riftbound packs . Six packs of later, not a single hit. 😂 Oh well, that's card collecting! To wrap up the night, Kira and I relaxed on the couch and watched more of Avatar The Last Airbender Season 2. It's definitely geared toward kids, but anything involving the elements has always been my kind of show. Today we finally get to enjoy the birthday cake we were all too full to eat last night, and honestly, that's the perfect way to keep the birthday celebration going one more day. Once again, thank you to everyone who made my 45th birthday one I'll never forget. Your kind words, your friendship, your love, and your support mean more to me than you'll ever know. My partner and I celebrated our first anniversary tonight, and after countless hours of researching the best fine dining steakhouse in the area, we chose Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. The glowing reviews praising the prime steaks, espresso martinis, and impeccable service convinced us to make our reservation. To say those reviews were accurate would be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we knew this evening was going to be something special. Our table had been beautifully decorated for our anniversary, immediately making us feel welcomed and celebrated. Our server, David D, was nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm elevated every moment of our dinner. Every recommendation he made, from cocktails to entrées, was absolutely perfect. If you visit Fleming's, ask for David D. He is the definition of world-class hospitality. The food was flawless. Every plate arrived beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, served at the ideal temperature, and bursting with incredible flavor. The steaks were among the finest we've ever had, and every detail reflected the care and craftsmanship that Fleming's is known for. What impressed us just as much was the leadership. The manager took the time to personally visit our table, sincerely listened to our comments, engaged in genuine conversation, and made us feel like valued guests instead of just another reservation. That level of hospitality is becoming increasingly rare. As if the evening couldn't have been more perfect, the team surprised us with not one, but two house-made celebratory desserts, creating the sweetest ending to an unforgettable anniversary celebration. My partner and I have been fortunate enough to dine at acclaimed restaurants around the world, and without hesitation, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar has earned a place among the very best. The combination of exceptional service, premium steaks, handcrafted cocktails, elegant atmosphere, and genuine hospitality is second to none. Thank you to David D., the management team, and every member of the staff for making our first anniversary a night we'll cherish forever. You didn't simply serve us dinner, you created a memory that will last a lifetime.

  We stopped by Fleming’s with my kids and friends before heading to a Kanye West concert while we were in Tampa, and we left genuinely impressed. For a chain steakhouse, the quality exceeded all of our expectations. The milk bread was such a hit that we ended up ordering three orders because the kids couldn’t get enough of it. The shrimp cocktail came out incredibly fast and was fresh and delicious. Every single one of us ordered the Delmonico steak, and every steak was cooked perfectly. The Fleming’s potatoes were fantastic, the crème brûlée corn was absolutely outstanding, and the kids loved the mac and cheese. What really made the evening, though, was our waitress. She was one of the friendliest, most genuine, and efficient servers we’ve had in a long time. When we mentioned we were heading to a concert afterward, she immediately said she would make sure we got in and out in time, and she absolutely delivered. We never felt rushed, but everything arrived promptly, and she made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a great steak dinner in Tampa with exceptional service, Fleming’s is an easy recommendation. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

  What an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived until the very end of our meal! The food was outstanding, with perfectly cooked and beautifully presented dishes that exceeded our expectations. The milk bread honey lavender butter was outstanding! What made this visit extra special was that, despite Fleming's being a corporate restaurant, we received genuinely attentive, personalized service that made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Our server, Amy, was warm, attentive, and made sure we were enjoying every part of our dining experience. She checked on us throughout the evening, and truly cared about making our meal memorable. Andrew, the manager, also stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect; a thoughtful gesture that reflected the team's commitment to hospitality. A special thank you to the hostess, Diane, who accommodated our seating request with genuine care and even remembered our phone conversation when we arrived. That small but meaningful detail made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. Exceptional food, outstanding hospitality, and a level of personalized service that is rare to find. The entire team made us feel like regulars on our very first visit. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Fleming's to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience.

  Exceptional food. I came to Fleming's with high expectations, and by the end of the evening, those expectations had been thoroughly exceeded. I ordered the filet mignon, and my wife had an entrée that I honestly can't remember because I was so immersed in enjoying my own meal. Every bite was outstanding and the filet melted in my mouth. iT was cooked to perfection... We also ordered the chocolate lava cake for dessert, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. We were well taken care of throughout the entire dining experience. Their level of hospitality contributed greatly to an already memorable evening. I was also impressed by the restaurant's open and spacious layout, as well as the abundance of natural light throughout the dining area,. I will definitely be recommending Fleming's to my friends and family, and I look forward to returning in the future.
