  We order from Five Guys often. Disappointed this one chinced out on the amount of fries they gave us tonight. We got the large instead of sharing the regular like we usually do and it was definitely not a good value for the extra dollars paid. Also makes me think twice about how much to tip for takeout.

  If your a woman by yourself DO NOT go into this location. Came by to pick up some food for my fiancé and me and the “acting manager” or whatever they wanted to call him wouldn’t stop telling me how beautiful his coworker thought I was and that he was nervous to talk to me…genuinely disgusted and it made me SO UNCOMFORTABLE 🤢, honestly the guy he was taking about looked uncomfortable too. I will never come to this place by myself again. Only reason it got two stars was because the food was good.

  I have eaten at Five Guys many times and have never had an experience this bad until today. I ordered two burgers and a small fry through DoorDash, and the quality was absolutely unacceptable. Both burger buns were extremely dry and practically fell apart as soon as I picked up the burgers. When I opened them, the buns were already split in multiple places and essentially crumbled apart. The burgers were not remotely what I have come to expect from Five Guys, especially considering the price. What made the experience even worse was the response from the restaurant when I called to report the issue. Instead of trying to help, the person I spoke with simply apologized, appeared to stutter through the response, and then hung up on me. I was left feeling completely dismissed. I understand that mistakes happen, but the food quality combined with the customer service was extremely disappointing. I would strongly encourage Five Guys corporate management to look into what happened at this location and how customer complaints are being handled. I have never had an experience like this with Five Guys before, and I hope this was an isolated incident. If you want, I can also make it much more aggressive and corporate-escalation focused while still keeping it factual and credible. Date 10/07/26 3-4pm door dash Justin S!

  I placed an order and they marked it complete almost immediately. I assumed they were busy so I took my time to come get it. I got there and waited behind a crowd of people where one of the worker rudely screamed all order will be an hour wait. At that point it had been about an hour since I received notification it was ready. So I moved toward the counter and they were screaming names and throwing soggy bags near the floor into an existing pile of bags. I waited patiently and asked since my order said completed and they said they marked uber orders as complete I had no idea if my food was in their “bag pile” or not. Then entire time she started screaming names from the bag pile while angrily, repeatedly telling the other employee that “he wants to know if his food is down here”. How am I supposed to know when my order was previously called or yet to be called. Now she’s making it personal and another employee was trying to get her to calm down. All over nicely asking her if my name is in a pile of bags next to the garbage and floor. See attached. If you are overwhelmed with orders, just disable the systems, don’t take it out on customers. I got home and they’re still taking Uber Eats orders. Photo below. They need to be shut down based on service and sanitary reasons.

  Went for the bogo burger day at 7pm. It was insanely busy but everyone was working their butts off to get orders out. It took them a while but they were kind and offered free drinks. Many customers/doordashers/uber eat drivers yelled at staff about the wait. Burgers were great and even the manager made sure my order was in the queue since the app glitched. You did great guys! Thanks for a great burger in the chaos
