- JRJames Ring5 days ago3.0I come into five guys and a burger on North. Dale mabry to get lunch. I got the little cheeseburger and the little fry and a drink. When I got my food I had mushrooms on it and I told him no mushrooms. Everything else all the way then the fries. They usually come out hot. Well they were just warm and you pay 20 bucks for one person for lunch. You expect to get it hot. That's why I come here. Well today they blew it so they need to do a better job!

I did ask them to make sure that the fries were cooked crispy. But they got to stop throwing the old peanuts in with the new they are getting moldy. When you are done to the last of a bag. Don’t throw’em in with the newly opened bag. Throw. ‘Em away.

Fries aren't cooked when you get there anymore and they can't read directions I asked for crispy fries and they definitely were not. So if 5 guys turns into your average fast food low quantity food and service why would I spend $50 on 3 burgers and 1 order of fries? They stopped everything from making it unique. Extra fries in the bag gone, food at reasonable price. All gone!
