Today I went to go get my dozen and I got home and the box was covered with sugar ants. I called the place to hopefully get some help and they said I had to physically come back in. The lady then lied and said there was no record of my order. I’m fuming.

We noticed one difference the past few months… This used to be the best place to get coffee and a breakfast sandwhich…. Back when the GOAT, Kevin, worked there. Where is Kevin?! Haven’t seen him in a hot minute. When Kevin was there service was fast. My coffee was amazing. Now, without Kevin, service is slow and my coffee is trash. Idk what happened to Kevin but I hope he’s doing well. That man carried this establishment on his back. UPDATE: it got worser (insert viral sound byte). Decided to give them another try because I saw that they have $1.99 iced coffees… This iced coffee is not worth $.99. Tastes like absolute trash. I ordered a breakfast sandwich… Honestly, fabulous which is the only reason I’m giving them four stars on their food. It took them over 20 minutes to get my order right. They kept me sitting at the window for a while, then told me to pull forward. Eventually, when the manager brought out my sandwich, he said “have a nice day”. No apology about the wait. When I informed him that my entire order was not there (I was still missing avocado toast) he turned around and left. A few more minutes passed and he had sent out one of his employees with my avocado toast… As a manager, you should’ve came back out instead of sending out one of your employees. It’s just bad business.
