  I loveeee the girl at the window Jasmine, she’s sooo funny makes my morning everytime and everyone here is actually always nice, if the off chance they get something wrong (I don’t blame them my order is a bit complicated) they always fix it without an attitude. Service 100/10

  I have literally never left a bad review anywhere but this place is awful. spent money to have dunkin delivered coffee tastes like shit, with hair in it, and wasn’t delivered with the food i ordered. all missing. i get a partial refund and reordered. all the food is either not correct or again, covered in hair. actually so disgusting

  Obsessed with the new protein lattes especially the banana!!! Awesome flavor! I get an extra shot of espresso for the caffeine jump in the morning. The donuts are always fresh as well. The blueberry is the best! Service is always great at this location. I go through the drive through at least three times a week.

  My scenario.. it was 2:00 in the morning one person in front of me no one in front of them person told me to wait I waited for about 7 to 8 minutes then told to wait some more only to be told they don't have the donuts I was looking for.. 10 minutes in a Drive-Thru at 2:00 in the morning with only one person ahead of me. Person taking my order sounded frustrated and very rude. Also, there should be no reason that there are several items are not available if you're going to be open 24 hours

  The customer service was horrible, they put the order together and placed it in a shelf next to another shelf labeled pick up not notifying us that the order was there ready after patiently waiting I asked and she just pointed and said it’s there name tag not readable smeared sharpie
