Last time they were repaving their entire parking lot…. This time their ordering system is down and you can only use the app. God forbid someone wants to just order fast food with their voice and not 10 steps of technology. Last 2 times I was actually able to order something they forgot items and the order was wrong and I either had to spend more time to go back or just let it go. I wonder what the problem will be next. I know all of that is completely first world problems, but like dang. Makes me want to skip it and go to someplace with less consistent issues. Sucks cause it’s on the way to everything. Should have made it a Starbucks.

Tonight is a liar and doesn’t want to do her job. I called ahead of time to see if this was the location that I was looking for the lady answer, the phone told me no this was not the location. And I proceed to drive there hit line and she tells me that the drive-through is closed so I told her well. I thought you guys close at 10 PM and she proceeded to tell me that the registers were down. OK, so I drive around, and she’s letting this male Inside of the front door so I stopped my vehicle and said ma’am is your register down just for the drive-through? Or may I come in and make my order she tells me “ oh, I just took in my last customer. Have a great day”. I am livid!! So, I look up the number again and call back the same Female answer the phone and I ask for Corporate‘s number, she informed me that she does not have Corporate’s number. I really need to find Corporate’s number and let them know who is working for them and how sarcastic she was during our first encounter. The day prior I went and they were out of pumpkin spice, so I decided to try it again tonight and this is the service that I got.
