  If I could leave a zero star, that would’ve been much better than just giving one star. The incident occurred this morning, where I understand it’s Mother’s Day and it’s busy but to be asked multiple times about a mobile order and having to ask for butter on a bagel was a little excessive. Then to only getting half of the order and not only the order we were given, it was botched up entirely. So then going inside, asking for a manager for one to not be there and then the staff, laughing and being aggressive with you, was not how I wanted the day to end. Being told “ Have a blessed day” And laughing at me is not the way to handle customer service I was shaking. I was so distraught. We didn’t even eat the food. We threw everything away because we thought it was tampered with. Do better!!!!

  I came in with my husband and ordered an iced mocha latte with cold foam and a sausage wake up wrap, but apparently that was to difficult for the girl behind the register because when we got our food mines was a croissant instead of a wake up wrap, then when handed the food the cook lady was mad disrespectful for no reason when I told her I’m still waiting on our drink but okay whatever I’ll eat a croissant, but when handed our drinks both made completely wrong but husband still takes his, I tell the lady mines was supposed to have cold foam on it, mind you it on the label!!!! And I ask her to stir it because it’s obviously wasn’t stirred properly, nope just cold foam add and handed back like nothing. This is now the second time I’ve been to this Dunkin and same thing has happened and it will be my last!!!! I used to work for Dunkin and it’s not that hard to listen but apparently in this one it’s hard for them to listen and when ask to correct they just want to give attitude.

  Placed an order for 3 dozen donuts 30 minutes ahead online just for people walking in to get their order before. Perpetually understaffed.

  Absolute worst Dunkin. We go there almost every day, as it’s right across the street from our house and I’m a shameless iced coffee addict. 😂 The turnover rate is so high that we still have no idea who most of the workers are after years of going here. They are consistently running out of our decaf iced coffee, donuts and just about everything else. They tell us that they are out of the decaf iced coffee, but then other people will tell us they can make it for me it’ll just be five minutes. So I guess it is just laziness when they won’t make it. Their coffee also tastes bitter and gross a lot of the times. They are consistently messing up our orders so much so that we have started to drive an extra 10 minutes to go a different Dunkin where we have a much better experience.

  Today I went in to pick up a coffee. There was a truck for delivery blocking the drive-through a bit so I went inside as you can imagine in the morning they are swamped with people so there was a bit of a wait. However, the staff were amazing felt like I was at Chick-fil-A. Lots of apologies for the wait time and used those amazing phrases like thank you sir, apologies for the wait, and how can I help you. Specifically the young lady working in the front. The staff also exemplified great teamwork to complete orders, and I even saw people helping on stations, they were not originally working.
