  They gave us the complete wrong drink at first and gave us the correct afterwards but they taste bad, idek what the drink is since there’s no sticker on it. Tastes weird like soapy. So ridiculous, should’ve gotten my money back for this.

  This Dunkin location is inside the 7-Eleven. I gave it a rating of four just because the customer service wasn’t the best meaning they saw me waiting and didn’t acknowledge me or anything. They just kept going about their business for about five minutes before I got served. The gentleman did say they were understaffed but I still thought they could’ve addressed me before I waited that time. But the atmosphere was fine it’s inside of a 7-Eleven and the donut that we purchased was a fruit punch, flavored doughnut and it was actually pretty good. It tasted it freah so no complaints there.

  Bacon egg and sausage sandwich was soggy, and tasted bad. My daydream refresher tasted off, and the inside of the lobby smelled like the bathrooms.

  Not understanding why when a order is placed for no milk added into coffee and you get your drink and milk was added It’s very upsetting especially when you have to get to work

  Went in to use my Dunkin app points. The cashier seemed unsure and called over a male manager on duty . Instead of helping, he was dismissive, said he didn’t understand how points work, and gave confusing information. Because of the attitude and lack of basic customer service, I chose not to complete my purchase. I don’t return to places where mean spirited people handle my food or drinks.
