  If I could leave 0 star I would every time I come to this location they always burning the food the bread is never fresh always hard the black lady at the window with glasses said they bread come like that which means the bread is old then the bacon is rubbery and egg cold the worst Dunkin’ Donuts

  I ordered inside at this place and The black lady here was running the show on her own and she was actually good. Grabbing the donuts with paper and refreshing the black coffee on my order. So i guess skip the drivethru and go inside for better communication

  The women who worked here a couple years ago were awesome, then the frozen carmel coffee recipe changed and became leathery tasting so we stopped going, tried occasionally and still it was gross. We found other things we liked for example snackin bacon and avocado toast, also their donuts are decent and hashbrowns are ok. Today my avocado toast was literally just bread. Not toasted at all. The bacon was cold for both of us, me and my fiancé. It was really bad, the service has declined since those friendly women have left. I don’t dare attempt a frozen carmel coffee anymore- I have tried multiple locations.

  Kee is killing it!! She is all by herself at this location and handling it with such patience and kindness. Thank you for the wonderful service and being a queen ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever received at a Dunkin, and this is coming from someone who used to come to this location all the time. First of all, the lady working there was extremely disrespectful. I asked for a less shot of espresso on my iced caramel craze that I had ordered, and when I get to the drive thru window, I could visually see that my drink looks extremely dark. I then ask the lady kindly if she can make it lighter. She then proceeds to tell me that it is the caramel making it look that way, which no it is not because it looked like dirt water. I then ask her if she could at least add more creamer and then rudely she said “first of all it doesn’t come with creamer it comes with milk” I then tell her if she can add more milk. Then she says “how can I add milk if the drink is full”. I then tell her that at other locations they will just remake it but she didn’t want to. She then told me to taste it. Then she started bickering at me and said “is your day going good cause all that complaining you’re doing”. She started going back and forth with me after that. Avoid this location at all cost. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.
