    I got a 5orders of hash brown. 3bag is completely dried like rock. I had to stop by grocery to buy frozen hash brown again to feed my 3 children. Bad experience

    Not a long wait by app order and in-person. Why is the temperature so cold? They need a thermostat. It felt like 50 degrees inside so I had to take my food out.

    John was extremely rude to me and his customer service skills are lacking. The staff at Dunkin on Hillsborough are much friendlier which is where I will continue to take my business.

    The breakfast served in here is pretty good, the ingredients are perfectly balanced and makes the products tasty. My only concern is that there are couple workers who doesn't feel like working, and that's something that happens often.
