- MMmwabell3 days ago2.0Have been coming here 6-7 days a week for the last year. After today I cannot come any more. They started this new policy of not filling your cup because “less ice means less beverage”. Less ice also means “less electricity and less water to manufacture more ice”. It was tough after they fired the amazing team that worked there; went from friendly welcome to feeling awkward. Used to be there were people at tables enjoying their morning. Now it’s empty chairs at empty tables. So sad to see this location change so drastically. I’ll go see Quisha at the Kennedy location instead.

However, ever since this location fired the two wonderful employees who were there for over twenty years.It has gone downhill. I used to be able to get In-N-Out within 2 minutes. No matter what I had ordered, and they knew my order. As soon as I pulled up, the new staff that you have sucks. It's always a wait to get food. Today when I went, I ordered my usual when I asked for a drink carrier, I was told i only got one drink, I said, no I got two drinks.Oh what was the other drink and that was, after she confirmed it on the speaker. You need to bring back the other two people that you fired. The only bright side is when I go first thing in the morning at least 2 of the original people that know me are still there. And they get my order right every time. Before they came on the speaker to take my order.I sounded like they were having a good old time, just laughing. Customer service at this location has gone downhill.

- AWAsia WilliamsJun 20, 20261.0Today I ordered an Avacado toast from this Dunkin‘ Donuts and when I took my first bite it was extremely stale (not in the toasted way) and when I took a look at the other side of the bread I was shocked and saw black mold on my toast! My husband went back in and asked for them to make a new one for me to which they said they would use the same loaf (once bread goes bad the whole thing is bad!) which we declined and they gave us our money back.. they will be serving that same bread to other customers throughout the day which is absolutely disgusting. I am very disappointed in this dunkin as I usually always enjoy it. Also the guy who took our order was not friendly at all!
