If you order a bagel with cream cheese you're going to be missing either the bagel, or the cream cheese. If you order hash browns, they won't give them to you. If you order chocolate doughnuts you'll get strawberry. I genuinly just don't get it. If you go through the drive thru there's always a massive wait. If you order online you're def screwed. Need some quality control

- HAHerivelton alvesSep 13, 20261.0One of the worst Dunkin’ locations I’ve ever been to. The customer service was extremely poor, and even the simplest orders took far too long. I waited about 25 minutes for a basic order: a coffee, avocado toast, and a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. The staff was not welcoming or courteous. There was very little eye contact, no sense of urgency, and no empathy toward customers who had been waiting for a long time. The system seemed very slow, and the store itself looked old and poorly maintained, with visible marks and wear on the walls and counters. I honestly have to wonder where the franchise oversight is for this location. This store does not represent the level of service and quality I would expect from the Dunkin’ brand.

I look forward to hearing Jen's "Good morning" and now Nothing!!! I'm so disappointed.This was my favorite Dunkin. This is just an indication of the line almost every day, even after you place your order.There's a five to ten minute wait , I get coffee and water every morning and I had to wait five to ten minutes to get it.
- LMLucile MaloneSep 9, 20261.0Customer service is repeatedly horrible here. Today, they told me to park to bring me out my drink because I asked for it to be remade. Five minutes later I walked in to ask for my drink because no had come out and she accused me of lying saying that I had already received it. I repeated our conversation and that she told me to park out front. Someone who seemed like a manager wearing an orange Dunkin shirt decided to not intervene and help but instead yelled out to just remake my drink. Did not address me at all. Made me very uncomfortable with the way she yelled. They also got my donut order wrong but I didn’t even bother with that at that point. Never coming back here again.
