- SHStephanie HeiserAug 22, 20261.0Went through the drive through at 0520. They are supposed to open at 0500. Wait for several minutes at the speaker and no one will respond. By this time there is a line of people behind me. Drove up to the window. And tap on the window. There’s a woman there setting up the registers next to the window ignoring me. Went inside. There are two girls still setting up and cannot take an order. If you are running late, you need to at least talk to the customers to acknowledge them and let them know what is going on. This Dunkin location is going downhill. I used to buy dozens of donuts for teachers at my son’s school. Won’t be coming back here.

Waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes and then decided to pull around to the window only to find all the lights off and no one inside. I wasted my money and now I’ve been trying to call all day and have gotten no response or answer. Terrible location.

I don't understand why it was closed or if it was supposed to be closed but it had a line of people waiting for no one to make them coffee cuz the store was empty at dark at almost 7:00 in the afternoon
- TTTreyAug 3, 20261.0I ordered in the drive-thru. I had to repeat my order 3 times and eventually didn't order my coffee because it was too much repetition. It wasnt a large order (Chicken bacon croissant, 3 orders of hashbrowns, and 10 count chocolate munchkins.) When one of the workers brought my order out, it was incomplete (only had 1 order of the hashbrowns and the chicken croissant.) I went inside to to get the rest of my order and they started arguing amongst each other and then the worker who brought my food out tried to argue with me (I remained calm even though I was being disrespected at the time with workers claiming I ordered things that I did not order.) Then one of the workers said they only rang me up for 2 orders of hasbrowns, I said ok but only 1 came out. Another worker had to stop what she was doing to tell them not to argue and completed the order. Very disappointed in how the situation was handled and how I was treated. Thankful for the one worker of the whole bunch. Never returning here.
- DADanyia AlkurwiJul 29, 20265.0I had an amazing experience with a lovely lady called Haasi. Both times I visited, she greeted me with incredible kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. She took the time to ask what I wanted and complimented me several times, which made me feel so welcome. She was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout my visit. It was also clear that she worked very hard and cared about providing excellent customer service. She made my experience memorable especially as a tourist , and I truly appreciate her kindness.
