- KTK TMay 10, 20261.0Don’t bother with this location. Very slow service inside and in the drive thru. I’ve been here a handful of times and each time there was only 2 people working the entire store! Terrible management idea-no wonder everthing takes forever! Today will be the last time I ever come to this location. It took 25 minutes to get someone to take my order inside. And this was after I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru lane waiting for someone. Best location if you have 45 minutes to spare!
- SLSteven LMay 3, 20261.0Stood at an empty cash register and empty store for over 5 minutes waiting for 1 of 2 of the employees to acknowledge my presence. This is the second of two times I’ve been here and experienced the same. They clearly knew I was standing there and are notified with the chime at the front entrance. While waiting, take notice of how filthy the espresso machines and the steam wands are. Old, dried and caked on milk. Ended up ordering a non coffee drink to be spared from whatever is growing on those machines and ended up with the most disgusting, chemically tasting vanilla marshmallow matcha. I would not recommend this store and they should have random health inspections to have it shut down.

- AAAJPICKLESApr 20, 20262.0The dunkn is ok i guess but you guys should just close down that baskin Robins because i just went there and there was barely any flavors, looked run down, remaining flavors was almost empty and all I wanted was sherbet like last time but they were out! I'd might as well go to Publix or twistie treat instead of this dump of an ice cream joint. Besides that the dunkin doesn't look terrible, used to go to this one before switching to a dunkin closer.
