- JEJenneh Edwards1 day ago1.0This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I was left waiting in the lobby for approximately 30 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes for an order that I never received, while watching more than 10 cars go through the drive-thru. I then spent another 15 minutes trying to get a refund. The situation became even worse when the person claiming to be the supervisor became angry, argued with me, and cursed at me because he was unable to process the refund. His behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Another customer actually had to step in and tell him that the way he was treating me was wrong and disrespectful. What makes this even more concerning is that one of the employees ended up having to take money out of his own pocket to give me my refund because the supervisor could not properly handle it. This is unacceptable customer service. The staffing and management at this location need serious attention. In my opinion, the supervisor involved should not be representing the company or dealing with customers. I have also submitted a complaint to corporate and am currently waiting for a response. I hope they take this situation seriously and address the way customers are being treated. RESPECTFULLY.

At 1 and something in the afternoon, an employee took my electric scooter and threw it outside with all the force he had and with a lot of anger, and destroyed it. It cost about $320 dollars, my dad bought it for me. In addition to this, he also took my backpack and threw it outside in the middle of the rain. I tried to defend myself but he pushed me out and assaulted me in the face. A few days ago I was doing buylling, I was insulted by my physical appearance and among other things. He started to comment on my private life and tried to compete with me to see who was better between the two, he also provoked me by saying that he knew things about me and that he was going to use them to become better. All for an act of retaliation. How dare that damn animal touch the customers' things. Now I have to sue him to give me back what my scooter cost. This matter had the intervention of the authorities but, they did not believe me much because he and his colleagues invented lies about what happened and being more than I lost. I was alone in the store when this happened.
