I’m not sure if she was a manager, but she recommended trying the tiramisu flavor in my Dunkalatte, and I ended up loving it! I also ordered two dozen donuts for work, and she handled the order with care and made sure everything was packaged nicely. I really appreciated her friendly attitude and attention to detail, especially that early in the morning. Great customer service!

I waited about 15 minutes for an order that I never received, while watching more than 10 cars go through the drive-thru. I then spent another 15 minutes trying to get a refund. The situation became even worse when the person claiming to be the supervisor became angry, argued with me, and cursed at me because he was unable to process the refund. His behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Another customer actually had to step in and tell him that the way he was treating me was wrong and disrespectful. What makes this even more concerning is that one of the employees ended up having to take money out of his own pocket to give me my refund because the supervisor could not properly handle it. This is unacceptable customer service. The staffing and management at this location need serious attention. In my opinion, the supervisor involved should not be representing the company or dealing with customers. I have also submitted a complaint to corporate and am currently waiting for a response. I hope they take this situation seriously and address the way customers are being treated. RESPECTFULLY.
