  I would never recommend anyone to come to this location. The Spanish looking guy was the rudest person ever. He was giving a nasty attitude to all us customers. I seen a Uber driver asking him for the order she was there to pick up and with a nasty tone he told her he can't read and that she was being rude to him. This guy should be fired. I know I will never come back here.

  Terrible service. They put together items with no care, no smiles, no "how are you"s. They look at me crazy when I suggest the coffee is not how I requested

  I don't know what's going on but the eggs there taste like some sort of chemicals. It's happened more than once I've had other people verify that I'm not going crazy.

  The coffee Taste good everything aswell good however the girl in the front is very races and said she was confused about something that was said clearly and understood in her way of English

  The worst Dunkin in Tampa. The people here are so rude and super disrespectful. They have no sense of customer service. Their drinks are very inconsistent, I asked if I could have an extra pump of caramel swirl because it tasted like it had none and one of the workers comes out and says “next time pay for it, that’s how we make our money”. I never knew you even had to pay for extra swirl because no other Dunkin messes up my order like this location and I am more than willing to pay for it but, he came out so rude and aggressive. I didn’t even say anything rude to them, I kindly asked if I could just have an extra swirl. This location has a load of bad reviews on customer service so my recommendation to anyone is save yourself the bad experience and visit a different Dunkin location.
