Instead they put the double shot of espresso into the coffee a minor mistake. I explain the situation and that the mistake was ok but I wanted the double shot of espresso because it was for someone else. The supervisor or whoever this man was tells me that he has already shut off and cleaned the espresso machine and that I would have to wait 30 minutes for a double shot. What coffee shop shuts and cleans their espresso machine during the morning rush? I hardly ever post a negative review but this guy offered no apology rather he lied to me. If he would have taken care of this I would not be posting. I am old school before the internet was available to the public so I don't regularly post but this guy pissed me off and he deserves this negative review and so does the location because this guy was of a capacity over the other employees

I was able to walk in Vanessa and Collin helped me without hesitation. They were easy going and just jumped into action and got the order done. Thank you for your kindness. It’s much appreciated. Colin brought the donuts to me quickly, I didn’t even have to get up!!! This is what you call exceptional service. Thank you so much.

I did an online order showed up 10 mins later and still sat in the drive thru for 20 mins waiting on my order. Again, the whole time the employees look like they are laughing and joking but no actual work is being done. People are literally pulling out of the drive thru because they aren't responding on the speaker...corporate should really look into this place
