My bread was burnt on both of my sandwiches. And instead of making new sandwiches they just took the regular sausage of and put on the turkey sausage. I have health issues.

Apparently, he did not like the tone of voice when we spoke up and he told us to go find another Dunkin to go to after that my husband went into the store and asked to speak to a manager, and he said that he was the manager unfortunately there was no Manager because that would that wouldn’t have been the situation in a different location. We actually came to another location and it was a completely 1000% difference I do not condemn a customer service employee to be so disrespectful towards a customer and push their customers away. Worst experience ever we visit this Duncan every single day breakfast and maybe in the afternoon so we’re leaving a good $60 a day at this Dunkin and this is how we get treated disrespected. I don’t know if they’re trained correctly to say that the customer is always right. This gentleman should not be working at this location treating customers that way. then I made a phone call to address the situation and speak with a manager again. He told me to call the next day that there was no Manager and that he can treat people however he feels like it kind of crazy but and result will never come back to this location I wouldn’t recommend to go there anyway to nobody at this point horrible customer service and they always make you wait for your stuff.
