  They literally mess my order up every single time first off I ordered a large iced latte they guy asked me 2 times I confirmed yes a large then makes me pull up I wait 15 mines no exaggeration which is fine they must have been busy inside but hands me a medium that’s not even full I’ll add a pic then wants to argue that he only charged me for a medium when I know I paid for a large Dunkin do better please I wnjoy your coffee but it shouldn’t be a fight every time to simple get what I paid for

  We went there for a 6 dollar meal deal. We asked for sausage instead they previously just charged us an extra dollar for the sausage. This lady we get today Wednesday April 29 at 6:30pm said we can’t do that. Ok so we tell her to forget the sandwiches and before we order our coffees she said “here we go now they ordering something else” ur job is quite literally to take orders and make them. We were not rude. We were understanding that she couldn’t give us the up charge we just wanted coffee and got loads of attitude. I hope you talk to your workers about customer service and professionalism. She can talk shit about us when we aren’t listening. Will never order from this Dunkin again.

  Every time I come here it’s a problem and the price is different and they don’t listen. I could go on and on, but today is my last time coming. I’d rather go back to Starbucks. The customer service is awful. Where are you going in the morning or in the afternoon? It’s just not a vibe. I would want to start my day off with and every time I order extra caramel drizzle the smallest thing I never get it and then they’ll lie and be like oh it’s mixed in the coffee. You just can’t see it but if I said, extra caramel drizzle, it should be on the cup or I should at least see it on the whipped cream on top.

  My go to Dunkin location. Always get my mobile order quickly & accurately. Staff is pleasant & helpful. Great quick stop.

  This place is amazing, staff is super nice and very reliable, they work with a good pace and haven't messed up my order once! Will definitely be coming back agian
