  We had ordered pizza at 9:50 apparently the order was done at 10:19. We didn't receive the food until 11:50 almost an hour later. We didn't get a call to say that our food was here nothing. We order a medium pizza, buffalo sandwich, lava cakes and a sprite. And all we got was 2 freaking pasta THAT WE DIDNT EVEN ORDER. We called to tell them we didn't get the right food but the person answered the phone and left us on hold until they closed. Terrible experience

  I went in since I'm new in town and this place is close to where I stay. I had to use the restroom so went there first. I was greeted warmly otw in. No paper towels in the restroom so had to dry my hands on my shirt and I asked the man who greeted me if I could use the power outlets that are facing customer seating at a bar where you can watch your pie being made. I intended on checking their menu online and seeing what deals they're offering, but the man said, "I'm not allowed to let yall use them." This caught me by surprise because there was no one with me. What could he mean by 'yall' so I asked for clarification and he then said, "I mean anyone. I'm not allowed to let anyone use them." So, these outlets that also have USB ports facing customer seating are not allowed to be used by anyone...? OK. That doesn't make much sense to me so I don't think I'll return because it seems more like this gentleman working there had some personal issue with me and I can't begin to understand what it is, but I definitely felt insulted and that isn't what Id expect from this sort of reputable chain.

  They don’t take orders 45 minutes before closing. Not coming back to this location. Staff was sitting around.
